Explain why routine anti D prophylaxis is not administered to a D negative mother who has delivered a D positive baby, but has previously been sensitised to D antigen (100 words Max)

First it is important to know that we give anti D prophylaxis to Do negative mother immediately after delivery to neutralize the circulating D antigen in the mother (which comes form baby during delivery). ... So this prevents the mother from producing anti D antibodies as all the D antigen is being neutralised by anti D shot given.. ..

So if you have a mother who have been sensitized to the D antigen before then giving anti D shot is of no use as she would mount an immune response (due to memory from previous sensitization).
