All deoxygenated blood from peripheral parts are carried by veins and all veins in the body carry deoxygenated blood except the pulmonary vein(which carry oxygenated blood from lungs back to heart). . .....
And pulmonary artery which itself is an artery carry deoxygenated blood from heart to lungs....
One thing to remember is artery is defined when it is arises from heart or of it's aorta... .. And not by the type of blood it carry... .
