Answer #1

Answer :)

Because the person has normal blood calcium level, we can assume that he is not under osteoporosis, which is caused by either Thyroid or Parathyroid problems.

At calcium concentration increases in blood, the thyroid gland through its parafollicular cells release calcitonin into the blood. This causes the parathyroid glands to decrease parathyroid hormone in the blood. As the result, elevated levels of calcitonin stimulate osteoblast cells to take out calcium stored in the blood plasma and pledge it as bone. This process increases bone density.

Under low concentration of calcium ions in the blood, osteoclasts of bones stimulate by parathyroid glands, which secretes parathyroid hormone. This makes resorption of bones to release calcium in the blood. This process decreases bone density.
