First the initiator tRNA binds to the ribosome .Then the next charged tRNA binds to the A site.The initiator tRNA transfers the amino acid to the tRNA at A site and then moves to E site .At the same time; the receiver tRNA moves to the P site.In this way ; the cycle is repeated till a stop codon binds to the ribosome and stops the process of translation.
