MOTION - The action of the pronation is occur in the forearm of the hand. While doing pronation the palm will goes posteriorly from the anatomical position of the human body.

Normal range of the motion- 0 - 75 degree

ANKLE PLANTAR FLEXION

Motion- while doing plantar flexion the foot will goes toward the ground

Plane - Sagittal plane

joint type - Hinge type joint

normal range of motion - 0 - 50 degree
