Corona virus is known to infect the upper and lower respiratory tract.It incubates themsleves for 10 days in throat region and case varies person to person. Then if infection persists it starts infecting lower respiratory tract as well.Corona virus infects directly by destructing alveolar and bronchial epithelial cells (pnemocytes)and macrophages or produces mediators for immune production.Host immune response is important factor for complexity of infection.
