The sheep brain is elongated in shape whereas human brain is round.

In the sheep brain olfactory lobe is more developed than human brain.

The human brain is longer and heavier than sheep brain.

The human brain has more ridges and contours then sheep brain this provides more area to human brain.

The frontal lobe in human brain is larger than sheep.

The pineal gland of sheep is larger than humans.

The sheep has smaller cerebellum than humans hence sheep have less motor control and abilities to learn.

Similarities:

Many structures of sheep and human brain have the same functions for example the cerebellum in sheep and brain both have the function to control movements and many other structures performing same functions.
