The fat burning zone is the 50-70% of the thrz ( target heart rate zone).

The more the HR the more will be the fat/calories burning. The higher the intensity of the exercise the more will be the heart rate. So the more will be calories burnt.

9) With regular excercise the RHR ( resting hear rate) is lowered, this is beacuse the heart muscles become strong and pump more blood per heart beat.
