If patient has an 90% blockage of his left anterior descending coronary artery then patient may feel the acute chest pain due to angina and also spreaded pain in shoulder, arm and neck due to reduced blood flow to the heart muscle and also patient my feel Trachcardia

The blocked coronary artery has to be treated on the first priority by either angioplasty or by pass and if it is left untreated this will result into necrosis of heart muscle and ultimately leads to ischemic heart attack.
