1)primary takotsubo syndrome-it occurs in individual with or without clearly identifiable stress triggers.it is not the primary cause for catecholamine rise.treatment should be directed to the specific complications.
2)secondary takotsubo syndrome-it occurs in individual already hospitalised for others disease includes asthma,or for surgical,anaesthetic or traumatic conditions.it will lead to rise in the catecholamine .treatment is focused not only for takotsubo syndrome and their complications but also their the primary underlying disease .
