The food menu for 3-5 year old children in the morning to includes milk with corn flakes or oats that is a good source of calcium and vitamin A. For vitamin C children may take fruits like apple. During lunch they can take a meal which contains curd or whey and salads of vegetables that involve specially carrot for vitamin A & C.

At the time of dinner children should take easily digestible food products like evening snacks and may eat porridge and should take one glass of milk before go to bed.
