Corticosteroid actnas antiinflammatory by !any ways the main way is by inhibiting phoholipase A2 activity which result in decreased formation of leucotriens , interlukens , prostaglands which are main inflamtory mediators.

Corticosteroid increase blood glucose by

promoting glucose production in the liver and reduce the sensitivity of the cells to insulin.

Epinephrine , glucagon also increase blood glucose but no antiinflammatory property.

AHD increate water absorption from urine.

Insulin decrease blood glucose.
