I do not believe that there is currently enough public education on the topic of cardiovascular disease.

Because in US and other countries cardiovascular diseases are most leading cause for death.

There are modifiable Risk factors for Cardiovascular diseases.

Risk factor for cardiovascular diseases are:-

Non modifiable risk factors:-

  • Age
  • Gender
  • Family history

Modifiable risk factors:-

  • Obesity
  • Physical inactivity
  • Dislipidemia
  • Cigarette smoking
  • Hypertension
  • Diabetes mellitus

I never felt that I have been exposed to enough educational material to know the risk factors in my life.

So that the health system need to improve services in the aspect of public education through various educational techniques.
