  1. Pivot joint- between C1 and C2. C2 rotates around in horizontal plane to a vertical axis passing through C1
  2. Hinge joint- elbow joint. This joint works in the same way as a door rotates in the vertical axis.
  3. Saddle joint- between trapezium carpal bone and first metacarpel bone
  4. Plane joint -its present between tarsal bones
  5. Condylar joint- it's present between radius and carpal bones of the wrist
  6. Ball and socket joint- the hip joint . There is a ball shaped part of bone which fits into a socket shape of another bone .
