With the help of iodine intake, thryoid hormone are synthesized,when iodine enter in thyroglobulin and form mono iodo thyronine(MIT),one MIT combine with other MIT form diiodothyronin (DIT),MIT + DIT = Tri iodo thyronine (T3).DIT + DIT = tetra iodo thyronine (T4).
