First of all coronary artery disease is a condition which occurs due to blockage of the arteries by the accumulation of cholesterol on its walls

We can prevent this condition by taking some precautions and maintaining good diet and healthy lifestyle like to stop smoking (especially in this case), healthy diet by avoiding foods containing high cholesterol levels, regular exercise, stress management ,etc

If these preventive measures fail, we can treat the disease by using drugs like Aspirin, Nitroglycerin, Beta blockers, Etc

There are also surgical interventions to treat this condition like coronary artery bypass surgery, Angioplasty with stent placement, etc.
