In Normal case,During Exercise, sympathetic division of the autonomic nervous system prepares your body by increasing heart rate, blood pressure and respiration. They also stimulates the release of glucose from the liver for energy

During exercise, there is release of epinephrine and norepinephrine by Sympathetic nervous system stimulate receptors in the heart which causes increased heart rate.

The AIM of the cardiorespiratory system is to deliver adequate amounts of O2 and remove waste from body tissues .

During exercise, there is increase demand for Oxygen and energy on body tissues so Sympathetic system is activated that cause increase in blood pressure, heart rate, and respiratory rate.

But if sympathetic nervous system is depressed ,This mechanism to deliver Adequate amount of energy donot occur,So there will be muscle Fatigue.

Explain what is meant by “referred pain”. Explain how the sympathetic system might affect respiration and heart rate. Mark ate a very big meal in the evening. After the meal his wife would like him to share the clean-up, but Mark explains that he is “too tired” and promptly goes to sleep. What seems to be his problem?
