It is a disease of spinal cord in which the spinal cord is damaged because of-
1. Compression
2. Injury/trauma
3. Hypoxia.
4. Microbial infection.
5. Tumors.
This disease affect the organs which are supplied by the spinal nerves. The common presentations in Myelopathy are-
1. Weakness of the muscles of organ.
2. Spasticity of muscles.
3. Loss of tone
4. Abnormal reflexes.
5. Muscle flaccidity.
6. Sensory defect.
7. Abnormal bowel and bladder movement.
