Lymph is a fluid found in our body which is formed by the process of ultrafiltration when blood passes through capillaries. The blood capillaries have small pores through which fluid comes out and accumulate in interstitial space.

Lymph fluid contain WBC's mainly lymphocytes and small amout of proteins and fats.

The pathway of lymph is as follows-

1.lymphatic capillaries

2. Lymph nodes.

3. Lymphatic vessels.

4. Lymphatic trunk.

5. Lymphatic duct.

6. Finally into systemic circulation via subclavian vein
