Under resting conditions, approximately 25% of the oxygen is extracted from the oxygenated blood into the tissues to maintain their basal metabolic need.  Describe (with all the possible mechanisms) how an individual can increase the unloading of oxygen from the oxygenated blood into the working tissues during exercise.

During exercise the unloading of Oxygen can be attained by

• When the temperature of the body increse by increasing Exersice the unloading of oxygen into tissue
• When partial pressure of oxygen increases it will lead to the unloading of oxygen into tissue
• When number of H+ ions increase it will lead to and increase in unloading
• When pH of blood increse it will lead to unloading of oxygen into tissues
• When the amount of 2,3 DPG increse it will lead to unloading of o2
