SGK1 ENaC(epithelial Na+ channel ) which allows flow of Na+ ions from the extracellular fluid in the lumen into the epithelial cell.and activate the Na+/K+ ATPase pump on intertitium fluid side which help in Na+ absorption and putting back into interstitium Also it phosphorylate ROMK(renal outer medullary potassium channel) ,it transports potassium out of cells into filtrate
4.As the Sodium is absorbed back from urine ,water is also reabsorbed along the concentration gradient.
