1) natural:- Fresh air , Antioxidant vitamins like VitC , Vit A , E DECREASES level of free radicles and prevent lung injury

2) man made:- Bronchodilator like salbutamol in case of asthmatic patients, dexamethasone for premature baby lung maturation .

Things which are bad for lung

1) natural:- pollen grains, parthinium grass, all this causes allergic reaction in lung

, Resp infection causing bacteria.

2) man made :- exhaust from fossil fuels, CFC,
