7)Use fat free/ reduced fat milk instead of whole milk
8)Use two egg whites instead of one whole egg
9)Use liquid oils like olive oil,sunflower oil,safflower oil instead of animal fats
10)For Baked foods use half butter, other half replace it with unsweetened sugar/mashed banana etc
11)Use broth in place of oil in dishes like mashed potatoes,stir fry or meat
12)Replace cream in recepies with plain yogurt
13)Use dark chocolate/cocoa powder in place of milk chocolate
14)Use cooking sprays for coating pans instead of butter/oils
