EFFECTS OF PANCREATECTOMY:-
- there is no secretion of insulin hormone (blood glucose lowering hormone) then people with pancreatectomy are more susceptible to develop diabetes and they are completely dependent on insulin shots.

LIFE WITHOUT PANCREAS:-
- monitor blood glucose level at regular intervals
- follow sugar free diet
- Take enzyme replacement pill during food
- Regular physical exercise.
