Glomerular filtration rate decreases when resistance in the afferent arterioles increases. In healthy individuals, water, solutes, and red blood cells are filtered into Bowman’s capsule. Most of the filtrate volume in Bowman’s capsule is then reabsorbed in descending limb of the loop of Henle. Reabsorption of K+ in the ascending limb of the loop of Henle is controlled by the hormone aldosterone. Once filtrate reaches the distal tubule, its osmolarity cannot be changed.

It is correct that when the resistance in aaaerent arterioles increases , the GFR decreases as the blood flow in afferent arteriole decreases.

Red blood cells are not filtered into bowman's capsule in a healthy individual.

Most of the filtrate is then reabsorbed in proximal convoluted tubule and not in descending limb of the loop of henle.

Reabsorption of K + in the ascending limb of the loop of henle is not controlled by the hormone aldosterone.It controls it in collecting duct and DCT but not in loop of henle.

The osmolarity of filtrate is changed or regulated throughout the nephron(even in collecting duct).
