  • Gonadotropin releasing hormone is released from hypothalamus and it stimulates release of LH (Lutinizing hormone) and FSH (Follicle stimulating hormone) from anterior pituitary.  
  • In women LH act on ovaries and stimulate synthesis and release of estrogen, which stimulate development of female secondary se+ual characteristics.
  • In males LH stimulate synthesis and release of testosteron, which stimulate development of secondary se+ual characteristics in males.
