1. The drug is not suitable to be given by the oral route as it undergoes extensive first pass metabolism after oral administration. The gelcap coated pill will release medication in stomach nad extensive first pass metabolism will occur. The drug can be suitably given by intravenous route.

2.The causes of failure inculdes the hepatic first pass metabolism that can be avoided by switching parentral route.

3. The proper care must be taken. The hands must be covered by gloves. Use of face mask, body coats and laminated shoes is suggested.
