We all have our own difference and similarities. Everyone cannot move in the same manner . There is no specific law regarding the movements of a man so he can move in any manner that he likes

So people has disabilities and some other might have difference in the strength of extremity.

There is no significant difference in the range of motion of specific joints in specific person. For example while doing a squating Exersice some people can do it with slight movement of legs but others might stretch legs to full length .

There is no such thing as perfect movement techniqie about one can follow an ideal movement techniqie but it is difficult to take into ones daily life
