Negative Impact of HIV on an Organisation.

HIV has great impact on organization requiring labourers. There is no reason why HIV/AIDS should be treated differently from any other disease. But due to lack of knowledge and poor belief are the amongs thr employees which lead to differentiation amongs HIV positive employees in the organisation.

HIV affect both labour supply and demand(due to more medical leave).

In comparison to HIV negative individual, HIV positive individual has more off work time and medical absenteeism.

The cost of the medical treatment and medication with comorbidies decresed work capacity hampers the outcome of organisations.

Organization also have social and legal challenges with HIV and AIDS.

HIV has negative impact in multiple ways, as it Decreses Productivity, Increases Cost and hence decreses profit.
