To locate the eleventh spinous process thoracic vertebra we will use the Surface marking about C7 and T7

when you will completely flex your name then a sign like process will become prominent on the back side of your neck which is called C7 spinal process from here you can cal count the number to reach the T7 spinous process which is generally located at the inferior angle of scapula.

as we know that there are 12 thoracic vertebra so once you find the location of seventh thoracic vertebra spine which is present parallel to the inferior angle of scapula you count countdown 4 vertebrato locate T11 vertebra spinous process.
