Cats functions normally by crossing their eyes is a naturally developed behavior to compensate for this genetic flaws in their eye structure.It is not a permanent condition, cats only cross their eyes to see straight. This cross-eye condition is called as Strabismus.

Cerebrum and Left hemisphere of the brain is responsible for control of speech; therefore, stroke took place at left hemisphere of the cerebrum. Broca's area located in temporal lobe on left side of brain is responsible for comprehension of speech. So, such area could also be under stroke impact.
