Hypothalamic- pituitary testes axis is the triads that help to maintain the hormones and it's secretion in our body

When one testis is removed it usually does not affect our body's function as this amount of testosterone produced by on testis is enough for ejaculation as well as to make a women conceive

But when it come to theory the hypothalamus produces GnRH and it will stimulate pititary gland to produce the leutinizing hormone . All these hormone act on a single testis which will produce the testosterone in the body of that person . No excess amount of LH is secreted but all of the LH will act on a single testis

Complications like lack of sperm count can occur
