What could be some exercises to do other than Romanian Deadlift, High bar back squat, Summo squat, and the Front squat ( NOT THEM) that could be used to target one of these following muscles: Iliopsoas, Pectineus, Rectus Femoris, Sartorius, and Tensor Fasciae Latae, Biceps Femoris, Semimenbranousus, Semitendinousus, Gluteus maximus, and the six Deep lateral rotators?

Yes the Exersice other that these that can target muscle are

  • Lunges - it can be both forward and backward lunges . They are done by exerting pressure on a leg and keeping the opposite leg forward for forward lunges and backward for backward lunges and placing then such that they align in 90 degrees with the other leg it helps mainly in the strengting of rectus femoralis, biceps femoralis
  • Resisted knee lift can be done to strengthen the sartorius muscle as well as step up with or without Weight
  • Shoulder bridge and pelvic curls can be done to strengthen the 6 lateral rotators that are situated deep .here the sit bones reach for knee with the legs kept parallel , only the pelvis should lift .
  • Prone leg curls or the lying leg curls can be used to strengthen the semitendinosus muscle
