Question no 1
DW is having a normal heart rate as well as the blood fluid level are normal that is the cause of Hypotension is not fluid overload as well as not increse in heart rate. So it is obvious that is Will be due to vasoconstriction.
So using a muscarinic receptor agonists will not help in the management of hypertension and also if muscarinic receptor agonists is taken it can lead to bradycardia.
