Answer #1

Forward and backward lunges

These are done in a specific manner to strengthen the muscles of lower limb. When doing a forward lunge for example we should keep both legs together and then lifting the right leg with full force to the left leg and putting the right leg and left leg to eight angle such that the front knee will be at minty degree angle to the left knee barely hovering above the ground. And the reverse is backward lunge

In this the muscle highlights are on

Quadriceps muscle , the knee hamstring muscle gluteus muscle as well as abdominalis are the ones .

These are done for sports like football and body building athletes

Step ups

They mainly focus on the muscles of lower limb m. They have actions of stepping up .

Muscle highlights are the hamstring of the knee , glutes and calf muscle of legs . They are mainly helpful in sports like cycling and running

Trochilidae (or Hummingbirds) have evolved as specialist nectar eaters. Up to 90% of a Hummingbird’s diet can consist of nectar. Their beaks, which are particularly slender and long, are well adapted for obtaining nectar. For example, the buff-tailed sicklebill (Eutoxeres condamini) has a curved beak, which supports its feeding on tube-like flowers, like Heliconias. Even their tongue is long – twice as long as the bill – so that they can reach even further down the tube! Researchers of this...
