  • Activation of parasympathc system leads to constraction of smooth muscle of bronchi, which leads to bronchoconstriction. Therefore decreases in parasympathic supply will lead to broncho dilation
  • Activation of sympthetic system causes bronchodilation.
  • That's why in asthma, parasymptholytic drug of sympthomimetic drugs are used.
