Further, to Guide the ovum towards the end of tube a structure called Cillia, hairy cells present on the innermost surface of uterine tube aids in further propel of the ovum.

Along with this the muscular contration and relaxation of uterine tube guides Ovum till uterine cavity where fertilized ovum will finally implants.
