Homework Answers

Answer #1

Anabolic steroids are a synthetic version of male testosterone, whereas creatine is an organic compound found naturally in human muscle.

Both anabolic steroids and creatine helps in muscle growth.

In contrast to anabolic steroids, creatine is a nonregulated dietary supplement. Creatine is a substance present naturally in muscle mass cells. It helps muscles to produce energy throughout heavy lifting or even high intensity exercise.

Creatine is more effective than anabolic steroids. Infact creatine is one of the most well known of the legal steroids.

Anabolic steroids are riskier. Steroids are synthetic drugs that are chemically similar to testosterone. Steroids can also cause acne.
