Write the auditory pathway from the brainstem to the cortex.
Dorsal and ventral Cochlear nucleus => Superior olivary complex => Lateral lemniscus => Inferior colliculus => Medial Geniculate nucleus => Auditory radiation => Superior Temporal Gyrus ( Auditory cortex).
EXPLANATION
The brainstem consist of medulla oblangata, pons and midbrain. From the cochlea, the auditory signals travels through spiral ganglia to reach dorsal and ventral Cochlear nucleus in medulla oblangata . From here it goes to superior olivary nucleus and then passes via the lateral lemniscus to reach inferior colliculus of mid brain. Then passes to medial geniculate nucleus. Finally through auditory radiation reaches superior Temporal gyrus (Auditory cortex).
