Answer #1

Adrenaline is a sympathomimetic drugs having widespread use in heart disease. Agonist is a molecule having same effect as like parents drugs or if given in combination with parents drugs may be responsible for a synergistic action.

Here in your question, you have used both drugs. In one case you used it on healthy tissue and in another on disease tissue.

Some time drug action is responsible on certain things like solubilization, ionisation and many more. See here tissues anatomy and it's chemical characteristics also most important. May be your agonist drugs not having solubiity in lipid or water environment or having less also.

Sometime there is a saturation of receptor which carry agonist molecules due to which amount of molecule is not getting at the site of action.

May your agonist molecule having some completion reaction with desease tissue.
