A patient with cirrhosis of the liver produces fewer blood plasma proteins than normal. How would this affect urinary system? Would blood hydrostatic pressure (HP), blood colloid osmotic pressure (COP) or capsular hydrostatatic pressure (CHP) in renal corpuscle be affected by this?

When the liver cirrhosis prognosis occur it will lead to the reduction of plasma protein .  

Glomerular filtration rate = glomerular Capillary pressure-(colloidal osmotic pressure+ hydrostatic pressure in bowman's capsule)

So these are the factors that determine glomerular filtration rate or the urine production rate

When the plasma osmotic pressure decrease due to liver cirrhosis it will lead to and increase in glomerular filtration rate as per the equation.

So urine output will increase

The blood coloidal osmotic pressure will decrease and blood hydrostatic pressure will not change
