1.Gastrin is produced by G cells of the gastric mucosa,it acts on the gastric glands to stimulate the release of gastric acid and pepsinogen.

2.Cholecystokinin (CCK) is secreted by I cells in the mucosa of proximal small intestine,it acts on the Pancreas and gall bladder to stimulate the release of pancreatic juice and bile respectively.

3.Secretin is secreted by S cells of gastric glands in stomach,it acts on the pancreas and billiary ducts to increase the secretion of bicarbonate .
