Dear Student,

Before going in detail into the question, let's learn some basics.

* Tissue - It can be defined as a group of cells which share common embryonic origin.

* There are 4 different kinds of tissues in the human body namely Epithelial tissue, Connective tissue, Muscle tissue and Nervous tissue.

*Blood:

Blood is both a tissue and a fluid so it comes under 'Fluid Connective tissue' because like any other connective tissue it develops from the mesoderm of the embryo . Blood comprises of plasma and cells .The various kinds of blood cells i.e., Red blood cells, White blood cells, Platelets are found floating in the plasma. So, as blood contains specialized cells that work together it is undoubtedly categorized as tissue.
