    - Descending loop of Henle
    - Ascending loop of Henle
    - Distal convoluted tubule
    - Collecting duct

- Renal corpuscle is mainly involved in production of glomerular filtrate.
- In renal tubules, proximal convoluted tubule functions for selective reabsorption of nutrients, water and NaCl.
- Loop of Henle and Distal convoluted tubules are involved in both secretion and reabsorption.


Hence, nephron is structural and functional unit of the kidney that produces urine.
