Number of red jellybeans = 8

Number of yellow jellybeans = 13

Number of green jellybeans = 4

Total number of jellybeans = 39

Probability that the jellybean is not a red = number of non-red jellybeans / Total number of jellybeans

Number of non-red jellybens = 39 - 8 = 31

Probability that the jellybean is not a red = 31 / 39

The Probability as a percent = ( 31 / 39 ) * 100

= 79.487 % which is equivalent to 80%

Therefore

Probability that it is not red as a reduced fraction is 31/39

Probability that it is not red as a percent, rounded to the nearest 1% is 80%
