c) Hanes_Woolf

d) Direct

Answer #1

Lineweaver Burk:- The biggest advantage of Lineweaver Burk graph is that it gives more accurate information about inhibition.

This graph is mostly used to determine important terms of enzyme kinetics.

Eadie Hofstee:- This graph is useful in order to determine the Vmax and Km values for the enzymes. This graph is more robust against error prone data.

Hanes_Woolf :- In this graph reaction velocity is plotted as a function of velocity vs substrate concentration. Major advantage of this graph is that its accuracy. It is most accurate among other 3 graphs.

Direct:- Direct graph is used for analysing the results of kinetic experiments in which the Michaelis-Menten equation is obeyed.
