A telecommunications service provider issues sim cards, each with a 4-digit PIN and an 8-digit code called a PIN Unlock Key (PUK). The PUK is used to unlock a sim card when the PIN has been wrongly entered three times in succession. If no 4 consecutive digits in a PUK should be the same as the PIN for any given sim card, how many possible PUK codes can be generated when a sim card is issued
