We know that molecules leave the surface at a rate 5 times the area of the surface and return at a rate 3 times the amount which has evaporated. Assume that this substance is spread evenly to a depth of 2mm over the bottom of a closed box that is 10cm by 5cm. Find an equation to model the depth of the substance at any point in time. Time is in hours.
