Toronto’s streets are not aligned with longitude and latitude. Instead, “north–south” streets are approximately 17 degrees off from true north. Give two situations where“street coordinates” would be better than longitude and latitude, or vice versa.

Street co-ordinates would be better than North-South co-ordinates if two friends on the same city road are talking on the phone and speaking with each other - trying to explain one's position to another.

Another situation is if a construction company is to be a given a location for digging (for some construction work). Then again, a street co-ordinates would be much better off)

Latitude-Longitude is preferable if we control a satellite and want to find the geo-activity at a particular place in the city

It is also preferable if we want to specify a point on earth whose altitude we want to find. Longitude/Latitude will be better in this case too
