In the given question we have to calculate the land price per acres

we know that 1 section = 640 acre

so section 10 = 640x10

= 6400

& for section 15 = 640x15

= 9600

so now we have to calculate the dimension of both land pieces according to the given direction.

1 piece of land = 6400 /2 = 3200/4=800 acre ( S½ of the NW¼ )

2 piece of land =9600/4 =2400/4=600/4=150 acre(NE¼ of the NE¼ of the NE¼ )

so the total area of the both piece of land = 800+150 acre

= 950 acres

and according to question price for this = $ 393,300

so price per acre = $393,300/950

= $ 414 per acre
